This Refund Policy applies to all sample and bulk wholesale orders of handmade brooches, bow ties and button covers from BESTO.

1. Custom OEM / ODM Products
Once production has started for custom OEM & ODM orders (with custom logo, custom color, custom pattern or other personalized requirements), orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Quality Issue Claims
If you receive goods with manufacturing quality defects, you must notify us within 7 working days after delivery and provide clear photos, videos and order information for verification.
After confirmation of factory-side quality problems, we will choose one of the following solutions by mutual agreement:
• Rework and re-deliver products
• Replace defective items
• Offer price discount on the order

We do NOT accept refunds or returns for subjective reasons, including but not limited to: dislike of color, texture mismatch with expectation, change of buyer’s market demand, wrong order planning. Minor handmade variations are not treated as quality defects.

3. Sample Orders
Sample fees are non-refundable once samples are produced and shipped. If samples have confirmed factory quality defects, we will remake samples for you after verification.

4. Cancellation Before Production
For non-custom standard products, if you request order cancellation before production begins, we may deduct reasonable administrative cost and arrange refund of deposit after negotiation. Once production starts, no cancellation or refund will be available.

5. Shipping & Customs
Shipping cost, import duty, customs tax and local clearance fees are borne by buyers and are not refundable under any circumstances. We are not responsible for losses caused by customs detention.

6. Refund Processing
If refund is agreed by both parties, refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on bank transfer schedule.
