Welcome to BESTO (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate your access and use of our website, product inquiry, quotation, sample and bulk order services.

By browsing the website, submitting inquiries, requesting samples or placing orders, you agree to accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our website.

1. About Us
BESTO is a professional manufacturer and supplier of handmade brooches, bow ties and button covers. We provide wholesale, OEM and ODM services for fashion brands, retailers and resellers around the world.

2. Website Usage Rules

You may use this website solely for business purposes: browsing products, sending inquiries, requesting quotations and samples for wholesale purchase.
You are prohibited from hacking, large-scale data scraping, spam posting, copyright infringement or any illegal activities on our site.
All texts, images, product photos, logos and design works on this website belong to BESTO. No copying, reproduction or distribution is allowed without our written permission.

3. Product Information & Quotation
All product pictures, descriptions, sizes and colors are for reference only. Minor differences in color, texture and handmade details may occur due to handcraft production.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change without prior notice due to raw material cost fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust product specifications for production optimization.

4. Samples & Bulk Orders
Sample cost and shipping fees shall be borne by buyers unless we sign special written agreements. Sample lead time will be notified separately.
For bulk orders, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) after all details are confirmed. An order is only confirmed once we receive the deposit stated on the PI.
MOQ differs by product and customization requirements, which will be communicated during quotation.

5. Payment Terms
Payment rules are stated clearly on the Proforma Invoice. Bank transfer is our common payment method. Payment will not be accepted before mutual confirmation of PI. All bank charges are on the payer’s side unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is estimated and not fully guaranteed. Delays may be caused by raw material shortage, factory schedule adjustment, customs clearance, international logistics or force majeure. BESTO shall not be liable for losses arising from such delays.
Buyer is responsible for import duties, local taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.

7. Intellectual Property & OEM Customization
If you provide logos, artwork or designs for OEM/ODM production, you warrant that you own full intellectual property rights for those materials, and you shall compensate us for any third-party IP claims caused by your design.
BESTO reserves the right to use unbranded brooch, bow tie and button cover samples for our portfolio and website display, unless you send written notice to prohibit this before production starts.

8. Return & Refund
Custom OEM products cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.
If quality defects occur during mass production, buyers must notify us within 7 working days after goods receipt and provide clear photos or videos for verification. We will negotiate solutions including rework, replacement or discount based on real conditions. Returns based on subjective preferences such as dislike of color or style will not be accepted.

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for performance failure or delay caused by events out of reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions, port shutdowns and supply chain interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BESTO will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, lost-profit or business interruption damages from website use or product purchase. Our total maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

11. Revision of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated content will be published on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guangdong, China. Any dispute shall first be settled by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the local court where our company is registered.
