A: Yes. Stock samples take 1–2 working days. Custom OEM samples need 4–7 working days. Sample fee will be quoted separately. Sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order when meeting MOQ.
Q2: Who bears the sample shipping cost?
A: Sample freight is on the buyer’s account. We can ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or Small parcel.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Stock PU brooches have low MOQ. Custom OEM orders depend on design & material, please contact us for details.
Q4: How long is bulk production lead time?
A: Stock items: 3–5 working days after deposit received. Custom OEM orders: 7–215 working days after sample confirmation and deposit. Production lead time does NOT include shipping transit time.
Q5: Can you do custom design & custom logo on brooch?
A: Yes, we support OEM & ODM. You can send your artwork, sketch or reference picture for us to develop new samples.
Q6: What shipping methods are available for bulk orders?
A: Express, air freight or sea freight. We ship from Guangzhou, China. Delivery transit time depends on your destination country and shipping method.
Q7: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
Q8: Can I mix different styles in one bulk order?
A: Yes, mixed styles are acceptable, subject to quantity requirement, please send inquiry to check.
